Steve is of counsel for CDM Law and the founder of the Law Office of Steven T. Auerbach, in Narberth, Pennsylvania. Mr. Auerbach focuses his practice exclusively on trial-bound matters and limits his practice to litigating employment discrimination, workers’ compensation, and civil/commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Auerbach has a LL.M. in trial advocacy from Temple University School of Law and a certificate in strategic negotiation from Harvard University Extension School. Mr. Auerbach is an elected member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Over the past several years, he has regularly been a featured seminar speaker on panels regarding trial law.

Mr. Auerbach has recently been lead or co-counsel in several actions which have each settled or resulted in trial verdicts in the mid-six figure range.
